What is Outdoor Fitness Bahamas? 
Outdoor Fitness Bahamas (OFB) is an outdoor group fitness program designed to help you achieve your fitness goals through fitness instruction, nutritional information and a large helping of motivation to keep you on track every step of the way!

Who is the lead instructor?

The lead instructor is Craig Walkine, B.A., C.F.T.
Mr. Walkine is a former collegiate athlete and a Certified Fitness Trainer who also holds a Certification in Weight Loss Management and is presently studying for the prestigious American Council on Education (ACE) certification. Other instructors lead sessions from time to time.

What types of exercises are included in the program? 
General conditioning, body weight exercises, circuit training, obstacle courses, core exercises, games and surprises! Every session is different.

What can I expect from Outdoor Fitness Bahamas? 
Your body will become more fit and toned, you will lose pounds and inches, you will gain more confidence and self-esteem and be much more energetic.

What if I'm not very physically fit? 

Nobody will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. If you have five or fifty pounds to lose, you'll find that Outdoor Fitness Bahamas is just the program for you! Women and men of all ages, abilities and fitness levels who participate in Outdoor Fitness Club can achieve incredible results.

What Do I need To Bring?


Try to be at your workout location at least 15 minutes before the session begins. Bring a bottle of water, a towel, and exercise mat if you have one and a great attitude, and you're ready to go!
